Can I view my vehicle's location in the Lincoln app?
The Vehicle Locate feature allows you to find the location of your parked and activated vehicle.
Important:
- Lincoln is not able to track or disable vehicles. We recommend contacting your local police department regarding stolen vehicles.
- Vehicle Location history is not available.
Requirements
To use the Vehicle Location feature in the Lincoln app:
- Your vehicle must be equipped with a modem.
- Your vehicle must be added to the Lincoln app, and the app permissions must be granted upon login.
- Your vehicle's modem must be activated.
- Connectivity Settings in the vehicle must be on.
- Smartphone location services must be enabled.
Locating Your Vehicle
- Log in to the Lincoln app.
- Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
- Select Vehicle Location above your vehicle.
Note: You may be asked if you want to use Google Maps or your device's map.
Your vehicle's last detected location address and last updated date and time will appear at the bottom of the page. The map above will show your vehicle represented by a car icon and your phone represented by a blue tracker.
Note: To refresh the page, tap the refresh arrow in the top right corner of the screen.
