How do I reset my Lincoln password?

Your Lincoln account and Lincoln app account passwords can be changed through the Lincoln Website.

Important: Your password must not be the same as your email address or username, and be at least eight characters long.

Resetting Your Lincoln Password

  1. Sign in to Lincolncanada.com.
    1. Select My Lincoln on the upper right of the screen.
    2. Click Register/Sign In.
  2. Choose Forgot Password?.
  3. Enter your email in the Email field, then tap Request Code.
  4. Navigate to your email inbox and copy the code from the Verify Your Account email.
  5. Enter the code in the Verification Code field, then click Submit.

    Note: The verification code must be used within ten minutes.
     
  6. Enter a new password and click Submit.

    Note: You cannot tap the Submit button if your password does not meet the criteria.

The password change process is now complete. You will receive a Password Changed confirmation email after you reset your password.
