How do I add a vehicle to the Lincoln app?
You may add one or more vehicles to the Lincoln app by following the steps below. Adding a vehicle to the Lincoln app allows you to access features specific to your vehicle model, trim, and year.
Notes:
- If you want to add another user to access your vehicle, refer to the How do I authorise another user to my connected vehicle? article for more information.
- You can only have up to 10 vehicles added to your Lincoln account.
Adding Your First Vehicle in the Lincoln app
To add your first vehicle in the Lincoln app:
- Log in to the Lincoln app.
- Press Add Vehicle.
- Select Scan Code.
- Choose one of the following options on the pop-up message for camera access:
- Selecting Allow will allow the Lincoln app to access your phone's camera. The scan window will appear to capture your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and route you to the Vehicle screen.
- Selecting Don't Allow will prevent the Lincoln app from accessing your camera, and you will need to type in your VIN.
- Tap Enter VIN Manually.
Note: If you need help locating your VIN, tap the Where is my VIN? link or the Find Your QR Code link.
- Enter your VIN.
- Select Next.
- Tap Enter VIN Manually.
Your vehicle should appear in the garage.
Adding Additional Vehicles in the Lincoln app
To add another vehicle in the Lincoln app:
- Log in to the Lincoln app.
- Tap the Vehicle Garage icon in the top right-hand corner.
Note: The garage will load by default if you have not previously selected a vehicle.
- Select Add Vehicle.
- Press one of the following options on the pop-up message:
- Selecting Allow will allow the Lincoln app to access your phone's camera. The scan window will appear to capture your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and route you to the Vehicle screen.
