You can contact a Client Service Manager through the Lincoln app® for one-on-one assistance. Client Service Managers are available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET.
Contacting Help in the Lincoln App
- Log in to the Lincoln app.
- Select your Account icon.
- Scroll down and either choose Chat or Call help.
If you are experiencing issues accessing the Lincoln app, contact the Lincoln Client Relationship Centre at 1-800-387-9333 or select Chat Now on the Contact Us page of the Lincoln Canada website.
