I would like to pay off my retail Lincoln Financial Services account in full, what payment options are available, and what is the process?

If you would like to pay off your account in full, the following payment options are available to you:

  1. Make a one-time payment through your bank/credit union via Online or Telephone Banking. You will need to set up Lincoln Automotive Financial Services (Lincoln AFS) or Ford Credit as a payee, and you will need your account number. Contact your bank or credit union for more information on how to set up Lincoln Automotive Financial Services (Lincoln AFS) or Ford Credit as a payee.
  2. Mail your payoff cheque or money order. Please send Retail payoffs to the following address by regular mail (including Priority Post, Xpresspost and Registered Mail including signature required):

Please note: if you plan on paying out your contract please contact us to cancel your AutoDebit payments. Please be advised we require 3 full business days’ notice prior to your next due date in order to have sufficient time to stop the AutoDebit payments.

  1. Payoff your vehicle through Western Union. You can pay your Lincoln Automotive Financial Services account through a Western Union independent agent. Contact your nearest Western Union agent for more information*. *Note – Western Union may charge an administrative fee.

If you would like to pay off your lease account in full, please contact your Lincoln retailer.
