How can I obtain a payoff letter or documents confirming that my account has been paid-in-full?
We will typically issue your paid-in-full documents within 7–10 business days of receiving the payoff. If you did not receive your payoff letter via Canada Post regular mail 7-10 days after you paid your account in full, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
