How do I start a Lincoln Connected Navigation Services subscription?
Connected Services subscriptions must be activated in your account via the Lincoln Canada website or the Lincoln Way™ App*.
Important:
- Before you activate a Connected Services subscription, you must activate your vehicle's modem.
- The subscription cannot be transferred or refunded if you sell or trade in your vehicle.
Select your preferred enrollment method from the drop-down options below for instructions.
The Lincoln Way App
- Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
- Tap the Vehicle tab.
- Scroll down to Connected Services.
- Select Add on the Connected Navigation tile.
- Review the available plan(s), select the one you would like to purchase, and proceed to complete the payment process.
The Lincoln Website
- Log in to your Lincoln Account.
- Select either:
- The Connected Services tile in the Manage Your Account section, and choose your vehicle.
- Your vehicle, and choose the Connected Services tile in the Quick Links section.
- Review the available plan(s) and select Manage under the one you would like to purchase.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Proceed to complete your purchase.
Once the purchase is completed, an order confirmation will appear on the screen, and an email will be sent to you stating that your order has been received. You will receive another email once payment has been processed and the order is complete.
