Why does my Lincoln show the "No Key Detected" message when using Phone As A Key?

You may receive a "No Key Detected" message if your vehicle is not detecting your Phone As A Key™* within the interior cabin (inside your vehicle).

Troubleshooting the No Key Detected Message

If you receive the "No Key Detected" message in your Lincoln app, follow the steps below: 

  1. Move the phone closer to the center of the vehicle near the cup holder or center console.
  2. If that does not work, close the Lincoln app and then reopen the app.
  3. Turn your mobile device's Bluetooth® off and then back on.
  4. Confirm that your phone is listed as a key within your Lincoln app.
