Why does my Lincoln show the "No Key Detected" message when using Phone As A Key?
You may receive a "No Key Detected" message if your vehicle is not detecting your Phone As A Key™* within the interior cabin (inside your vehicle).
Troubleshooting the No Key Detected Message
If you receive the "No Key Detected" message in your Lincoln app, follow the steps below:
- Move the phone closer to the center of the vehicle near the cup holder or center console.
- If that does not work, close the Lincoln app and then reopen the app.
- Turn your mobile device's Bluetooth® off and then back on.
- Confirm that your phone is listed as a key within your Lincoln app.
