How can I find my Lincoln's Phone As A Key status?

You can view the status of your Phone As A Key™* on the Lincoln app. View the steps below for more information.

Viewing Phone As A Key Status

To access your Phone As A Key Status:

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Go to the Vehicle screen.
  3. Scroll down and select Phone as a Key under Settings.

One of the following statuses will appear under the device name:

  • Active: This means the key is active and can be used for Phone As A Key features.
  • Continue Setup: This means the key was generated, but your setup was not completed. The key may be deleted, or you can restart the process.
  • Deleting: This means the key has been deleted. 

    Note: The same key cannot be added while it is in the process of being deleted.
