How do I update my Lincoln account username?

Your Lincoln account and Lincoln app account share the same username, which can be updated on the Lincoln Canada Support website.

Changing Your Account Username

1. Sign in to Lincolncanada.com.
   1. Select My Lincoln on the upper right of the screen.
   2. Click Register/Sign In.
2. Select My Lincoln at the upper right of the screen.
3. Click Account/Manage Settings.
4. Scroll down and select Edit now under the Sign In & Security tab.
5. Select Edit under the Email section.
6. Enter the verification code sent to your email address and click Submit.
   
   Note: You can have a new code sent to your email by tapping Send New Code.
    
7. Enter a new email address and click Request Code.

Notes:

• You will receive an error if you enter an email in the incorrect format. The wrong field will be highlighted or underlined in red to display the error.
• Changing your username will automatically adjust your preferred contact email.
• You will receive a confirmation email that your username has been changed.
• Changing your username does not affect your password.
