How do I manage my messages in the Lincoln app?

You can read or delete your messages in the Lincoln app on the Account dashboard. Unread and new messages have a dot next to them for ease of access. Use the steps below for more details. 

Viewing and Deleting Messages In The Lincoln App

Choose from the options below to learn how to view or delete messages in the Lincoln app.

Viewing Messages In The Lincoln App

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner to go to the Account dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Tap the message you want to view. 

Note: Unread messages have a dot at the end of the subject line. 

Deleting Messages In The Lincoln App

Refer to the table below for the instructions on deleting a single message or multiple messages. 

To delete a single messageTo delete multiple messages
  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner to go to the Account dashboard.
  3. Select Messages.
  4. Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
  5. Tap the Trash icon.

The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Messages.
  4. Tap Edit in the top-right of the screen.
  5. Check each box next to the messages you want to remove.
  6. Select the Trash icon to delete the messages.
  7. Tap Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.
