Warranty Coverage Periods

The list below provides a summary of the warranty coverage provided by Lincoln. Warranty expiration is based on time or kilometres, whichever occurs first. Coverage begins on your Warranty Start Date, also known as the in-service date.

  • New Vehicle Limited Warranty: 4 years/80,000 kilometres
  • Powertrain Warranty: 6 years/110,000 kilometres
  • Corrosion Warranty: (depending on the type of corrosion): 5 years regardless of distance
  • Safety Restraint System Warranty: (safety belts and airbag Supplemental Restraint System): 5 years/100,000 kilometres
  • Emissions Warranty: Coverage varies by vehicle. Refer to your Warranty Guide for more specific information.
  • Hybrid/Electric Unique Components Warranty: 8 years/160,000 kilometres
