How do I view recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs using the Lincoln app?

With the Lincoln app, you can view recalls or Customer Satisfaction Programs for your vehicle using the Service dashboard.

1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
2. Select the tool icon to access the Service dashboard.
3. Tap Active recalls or Customer satisfaction programs under Service Schedule to access the details.
   
   Note: If Active recalls or Customer satisfaction programs do not appear under the Service Schedule section, your vehicle is not affected by one.
