What should I do if my Vehicle Location is not working in the Lincoln Way App?

If the Vehicle Location feature is not working and your vehicle meets the requirements below, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.

Important: To use the Vehicle Location feature in the Lincoln Way App*:

Troubleshooting the Vehicle Location Feature

  1. Navigate to the Vehicle screen in the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Pull the Vehicle screen down to refresh.
  3. Refresh your vehicle's location.
    1. Select Location
    2. Tap the Refresh icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

If the steps above did not resolve your issue, proceed to the following instructions. Verify that your vehicle location appears after each step before proceeding to the next.

  1. Ensure your Lincoln Way App is up to date.
  2. Log out of the app and then log back in.  
  3. Delete then reinstall the app.
