Troubleshooting Steps
Complete the following steps to troubleshoot your Connectivity settings.
Step 1: Performing a Key Cycle
- Turn the vehicle off.
- Open the driver’s door and lock the door.
- Close the driver’s door.
- Wait two minutes and ensure the radio display turns off completely.
- Restart the vehicle.
If this has not resolved your issue, proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Turning off and Turning on Connectivity Settings
- Go to the Connectivity Settings menu on your vehicle's SYNC®* screen.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Lincoln Connect®**.
- Choose Connectivity Settings.
- Toggle the Vehicle Connectivity slider Off.
- Wait for 1 minute.
- Toggle the Vehicle Connectivity slider On.
If this has not resolved your issue, proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Performing a Master/Factory Reset
The steps to perform a Master/Factory reset will differ depending on your vehicle's SYNC version. Refer to How do I perform a SYNC master/factory reset? for instructions.
