How do I contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance?

You can contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance* for support with a tow, jump-start or other emergencies, by calling 1-844-665-2007 or by requesting support through the Roadside Aid Form on the  Roadside Assistance support page or the Lincoln app.

Notes: 

  • Your Roadside Assistance eligibility depends on whether you purchase your vehicle new or pre-owned and its warranty start date. All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.
    • For vehicles purchased new, Lincoln Roadside Assistance is included for the lifetime of your ownership** experience for 2013 model year and newer vehicles.
    • For vehicles purchased pre-owned, Lincoln Roadside Assistance covers for 6 years or 110,000 kilometres from the warranty start date, whichever comes first.
  • Roadside Assistance is also included with most Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans. Time and distance vary per Extended Service Plan contracts. Contact your Lincoln Retailer for more information and purchase.

Contacting Roadside Assistance

Before reaching out to Roadside, be sure to have the following information available: 

  • Vehicle Location
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Vehicle year, model, and colour
  • License plate number

By Phone

To contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance, call 1-844-665-2007 and follow the prompts.

On the Lincoln App

  1. Log in to the Lincoln app.
  2. Tap the tool icon to go to the Service screen.
  3. Select Roadside Assistance.
  4. Fill out the Roadside Assistance request form to submit your request through the Lincoln app or press the phone button on the top right-hand corner to call Roadside Assistance. 

On the Roadside Assistance Support Page

  1. Access the Lincoln Roadside Assistance support page.
  2. Scroll down and select the button Lincoln Roadside Assistance.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Select Request Roadside Assistance.
  5. Choose a method to locate your account:
  6. Confirm Next.
  7. Enter your location or Use My Current Location.

    Notes:
    • The vehicle's location will populate automatically if Location Services is enabled/allowed.
    • The location on the map can be adjusted by selecting a different area of the map.
       
  8. Confirm Next.
  9. Ensure that your contact information is correct.
  10. Follow the remaining steps to select the vehicle in need of assistance and the retailer to which the vehicle will be towed.
  11. Select Submit Roadside Request.

Once submitted, roadside service will be scheduled. You will be notified via a text message to the phone number provided.
