Unlike used vehicles, Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with complimentary Roadside Assistance*  

Complementary available services include:

• Towing your vehicle to the nearest Lincoln or Ford Retailer (unlimited distance), or to your selling Retailer if it’s within 160km 
• Flat-Tire Changes On-Site
• Fuel Delivery (provide up to 10 litres of fuel) 
• Jump Starts for Dead Batteries
• Lockout Assistance (doesn't include the cost of making spare keys)

In the event that you use a service other than Lincoln Roadside Assistance, we may reimburse you up to a maximum of $100.00 per disablement. 

Travel expense reimbursement
Up to $1,000 — for up to five days’ lodging, meals, and rental vehicle for travel expenses accrued if the breakdown occurs more than 160 km from home.

Rental car reimbursement 
Up to $60 per day for up to ten days. 

Purchasing a Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned vehicle entitles you to the same superior service as those buying a brand-new Lincoln vehicle. You can expect a series of perks every time you choose to service your vehicle. 

Complimentary car wash
After each service visit, we’re happy to return your Lincoln vehicle to you, washed and ready for the road ahead.* 

Lincoln Loaner or alternative transportation 
Should your eligible Lincoln vehicle require service, we’ll be there for you with a complimentary loaner or alternative transportation.** 

Complimentary pickup and delivery
For each service visit, we offer our clients complimentary pickup and/or delivery of their vehicle.^†
