Why am I unable to download the Lincoln Way App?
If you are unable to download the Lincoln Way™ App* to your device, refer to the possible concerns and troubleshooting recommendations below.
- Check that your cellular data strength or Wi-Fi® connection is enabled.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
- Cellular data connection:
- If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
- If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Your device may need a power cycle.
- Power off your device for 30 - 60 seconds.
- Turn on your device.
- Attempt to download the app.
- Your device does not have enough storage space for the update/download. Please delete unused apps and try again.
