Why am I unable to download the Lincoln Way App?

If you are unable to download the Lincoln Way App* to your device, refer to the possible concerns and troubleshooting recommendations below. 

  • Check that your cellular data strength or Wi-Fi® connection is enabled.
    • Wi-Fi connection:
      • If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
      • If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
    • Cellular data connection:
      • If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
      • If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
  • Your device may need a power cycle.
    1. Power off your device for 30 - 60 seconds.
    2. Turn on your device.
    3. Attempt to download the app.
  • Your device does not have enough storage space for the update/download. Please delete unused apps and try again.
