What should I do if the picture of my Lincoln is no longer showing in the Lincoln Way App?

If your vehicle disappeared from the Vehicle screen of the Lincoln Way App*, you may have to restart or reinstall your app and check your mobile device for software updates. 

Restoring Your Vehicle Picture

If you added your vehicle to the Lincoln Way App and the image no longer shows:

  1. Log out of the app and then log back in.
  2. Select the Vehicle screen. 

If the issue does not correct itself:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Check your device for software updates. 

    Note: Steps may vary depending on the device. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for information specific to your device. 

If your vehicle still does not show, contact a Lincoln Concierge using the Account > Contact Help options in the Lincoln Way App.
