What do I do if my vehicle's recall does not clear from the Lincoln Way app?

If the alert banner still appears in the Lincoln Way app* after having a repair performed, use the steps below.

  1. Contact the Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer where your service was performed.
  2. Ask your Retailer or Dealer to confirm if the repair order (RO) was closed out.  

Once the Retailer or Dealer closes the RO in their system, the alert banner should be removed from the Lincoln Way app. This typically takes 24 hours from when the RO was closed.
