How do I manage my preferred Lincoln Retailer settings in the Lincoln Way App?

Using the Service screen of the Lincoln Way App*, you can set or change your preferred Lincoln Retailer. You can interact with your Retailer about your next service, find directions, access contact information, and view hours of operation. If a Lincoln Retailer is not available in your region, you can select a Ford Dealer.

Important: A vehicle must be added to your Lincoln account before you can set up a preferred retailer. 

Managing Your Preferred Retailer

To set, change, or search for a Retailer, select from the drop-down options below for more details.

Setting a Preferred Retailer

  1. Open the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Select the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Set a Preferred Dealer.
  4. Read and select Accept on the Goggle consent prompt. Selecting Deny disables your location services.

    Note: This prompt only appears once. If it does not appear, it means you have completed your consent when you set up your account.
     
  5. Choose a retailer from the list that appears or manually look up one using the search bar. 
  6. Tap the Star on the far right-hand corner of the dealer tile. 

A success check will appear at the bottom of the screen and your Preferred Dealer will appear on the Service screen.

Changing a Preferred Retailer

  1. Open the Lincoln Way App.
  2. Select the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Find a Dealer under your current Preferred Dealer.
  4. Choose a retailer from the list that appears or manually look up one using the search bar. 
  5. Tap the star on the far right-hand corner of the dealer tile. 

A success check will appear at the bottom of the screen and your new Preferred Dealer will appear on the Service screen.
