What should I do if the picture of my Lincoln is no longer showing in the Lincoln app?

If you added your vehicle to the Lincoln app and the image no longer shows:

  1. Log out of the Lincoln app and then log back in.
  2. Check your device for software updates.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Lincoln app.

If your vehicle still does not show, contact a Lincoln app agent using the Account > Contact Help options in the Lincoln app.
