What do I do if my vehicle's recall does not clear from the Lincoln app?

If the alert banner still appears in the Lincoln app after a repair has been performed, use the steps below.

  1. Contact the Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer where your service was performed.
  2. Ask your Retailer or Dealer to confirm if the repair order (RO) has been closed.  

Once the Retailer or Dealer closes the RO in their system, the alert banner should be removed from the Lincoln app. This typically takes 24 hours from when the RO was closed. 

If you followed the steps above and the alert still appears, contact a Lincoln app agent using the Account > Contact Help path in the Lincoln app.
