Why is my authorization request blocked in the Lincoln app?
If you requested to connect to a vehicle five times in the Lincoln app and each one was denied, you will receive a message advising your request limit has been reached. There is a 24-hour wait from the last attempt before you can try again.
You can contact Lincoln app support using the Account > Help options in the Lincoln app if you need additional assistance.
